Qi Gong
Qigong is my passion. I was encouraged to learn and practise Qigong by a medical doctor who also worked with alternative health practices. A couple of years later, a complete stranger approached me and guided me to my first Qigong Teacher.
I have since learnt a few styles of Qigong. They are all very similar yet each has their own distinctive style. I have learnt from each of them in different ways. I have immense gratitude for Qigong, it’s healing and wellness benefits and how it has helped me in so many ways.
Qi: Energy Gong: Moving
Qigong is the ‘moving of energy’ around the body in a way that brings balance and healing physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Qigong can be learnt and practised as a slow moving, meditative exercise, a stillness-based meditation, or even as a way of Being.
Qigong healing energy can be transferred to others in a similar way as one gives Reiki.
